Columbus' Italian Dry Salami is a slow-cured sausage that's made with select cuts of pork, full-bodies wine and a number spices - it is an Italian classic with a San Francisco twist. Rich and a unique aroma.
There are many ways to use this salami, cut into thick slices and just enjoy or thinner on a cracker or in an antipasto, chopped into a salad, piled on a sandwich, mixed in a meat sauce. All delicious.
