Demi-Glace Gold is reduced 4 times from the classic and allows you to make elegant finished French Sauces quickly and easily. More than Gourmet's techniques created a product with a beautiful shine, flavor and texture, which make finished sauces that are glossy to the eye and decided in taste.
Demi-Glace Gold can be used full strength as a glace de viande substitute it or can be diluted to a classic demi-glace, resulting in 2/3 gallons or even further diluted to 1 gallon of a classic veal stock. Demi-Glace Gold is not gluten-free.
