This deboned and trimmed version of the Jamon Serrano or Serrano Ham is ready to slice, and is ideal for use in an electric slicer, especially when you're not an experienced ham slicer. Of course it less traditional, but a whole lot easier and more economical.
Jamon Serrano or Serrano ham is the traditional Spanish country ham that you see in just about every bar and restaurant in Spain. Each Redondo Iglesias Serrano ham is dry-cured for over a year, which allows enough time for the flavors to interact and mature.
