This 2 pounds Hot Coppa is a dry-cured pork shoulder superbly seasoned and rivals Prosciutto in flavor. It has a smokey, buttery flavor, is moderate salty and has a black pepper finish. The hot coppa is more intense that has a chile-based heat that may overwhelm some of the smokey notes.
