This one pound bag of dried forest mushrooms contains mushrooms that are gathered in the wild such as morel, chanterelle varieties and much more. Always wash the mushrooms before soaking. Put them in a bowl and pour the hot water over the mushrooms and soak until softened, about 15 - 20 minutes. Drain, then dip in boiling water for another 10 minutes.
