Oregonzola, as the name reveals, is a Gorgonzola style cheese. This blue cheese is made from pasteurized cow's milk of Brown Swiss and Holstein cows and enriched with cream. Like the Italian Gorgonzola, the Oregonzola from Oregon has classic veins and a creamy, buttery texture, after aging for one a minimum of 120 days in Rogue Creamery's caves.
We cut and wrap this cheese in wedges of 1 pound and 8 ounces.
