This French 'Swiss cheese' is made from whole milk for a delicious sweet and nutty taste. The label says 'French cheese with holes', soft and smooth. The rind has an orange color, and the interior is straw-like interior with large holes (eyes) and has a semi-soft texture.
It tastes similar to an Emmental or a Fol Epi (the other French Swiss cheese) or a Norwegian Jarslberg.
